CNC Simulation Lab

CNC Simulation lab from Hytech Automation is designed to provide hands on CNC Operating experience to students on Fanuc as well as Siemens CNC Controllers. Both Simulators (Siemens and Fanuc) are equipped with actual CNC Controllers from respective OEMs.

Each Controller can be operated as either a 2 Axis turning machine or a 3 axes milling machine. In Hytech Automation CNC Simulation lab, each simulator is completely integrated with CAD CAM Software from either PTC Creo or Siemens NX. User can generate the CAM program from these softwares and execute the same on any of the CNC Simulator directly through LAN / WiFi communication.

Design the program in CAD Software

Generate NC Codes from CAM Software

Transfer the CAM Program from computer to CNC Simulators through Ethernet Communication

Simulate the program on CNC Simulator in 3D and replicate the simulator on PC / TV

Siemens CNC Simulator is equipped with Siemens 828D Controller which comes with an option to be operated as either 2 Axes turning controller or a 3 axes milling controller. MOP as well as MPG in the Simulator is from Siemens. Tower lamp provided on the simulator can be programmed from CNC inputs and outputs.

Based on the FANUC 0iF platform, the Fanuc simulator will allow you at power on to switch between milling and turning configurations to teach programming, navigation and operation on the world’s most popular CNC control. Simple configurations make it easy to learn how to operate and edit data on a modern FANUC control.

FANUC’s MGi conversational interface allows user to graphically generate programs that can be simulated in 3D, prior to being converted back to conventional NC programs to be used on machine tools using FANUC controls. Uploading and downloading (read and punch) functions are facilitated by means of the standard Flash ATA interface and USB interface, and DNC functions are supported by Ethernet and Flash ATA card.

Simulators provide a safe environment for learning and operating a CNC Controller (Fanuc or Siemens). If you can perform a task with the Simulator, you will then be able to perform the task on an actual CNC that is connected to a CNC machine.

Simulator is equipped to provide 3D Simulation of the programs. In Hytech Didactic CNC Simulation Lab, Siemens simulator is integrated with Siemens NX CAD CAM Software or PTC Creo CAD CAM Software. User can create CAM Programs and directly transfer the same on Simulators.

With an addition of Siemens Sinutrain and Fanuc NC Guide, user can integrate CAD CAM Software with Sinutrain, NC Guide as well as Fanuc and Siemens CNC Simulators.
